A doctor connected to the death of Matthew Perry is appealing his 30-month sentence. Salvador Pla-sen-cia was convicted over ketamine supplied to Perry and argues his punishment was too harsh compared to others involved. Perry passed away in 2023 from the effects of ketamine.
