First up, some sad news out of reality TV world. Storage Wars star Darrell Sheets — known as “The Gambler” — has died at 67. Police say it appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and they’re also looking into reports he may have been cyberbullied. A really tough story there.
Switching gears — singer D4vd is back in court. Prosecutors are now claiming his phone contains child sexual abuse material, and this is all tied to an ongoing murder case involving Celeste Rivas. He’s due back for a key hearing in early May.
Meanwhile, MrBeast’s company is firing back hard at a lawsuit from a former employee, calling it a “clout-chasing complaint” and denying all allegations of harassment or retaliation. That legal battle is clearly heating up — and there’s also a separate lawsuit involving conditions on Beast Games.
Over in the streaming world, Canadian tour drama — Kick streamer N3on claimed Toronto police warned him not to come to the city over safety concerns. Toronto police say… that never happened. So either miscommunication or a major stretch there.
Prince Harry made a surprise trip to Ukraine today, arriving by train in Kyiv. He says he wants to spotlight support for injured soldiers and veterans and speak at a security conference — a pretty serious visit.
Now for some lighter Hollywood rumor mill: George Clooney and Angelina Jolie are apparently “at odds” in a very Hollywood way — something about France, friendships, and old Brad Pitt loyalties. Translation: probably more tabloid than reality.
Jason Kelce gave us a funny one on the New Heights podcast — recalling a childhood moment where things got a little physical with his dad… and apparently his dad tried to ankle-bite him during an argument. Family bonding… NFL style.
Nikki Glaser also had a great Leo DiCaprio story — she joked about him at the Golden Globes, and he actually sent her three baskets of pasta in response. Honestly? That’s the most Leonardo DiCaprio apology ever.
Khloé Kardashian is launching a new Hulu reality series called The Girls, following her inner circle of friends juggling babies, businesses, and brutally honest group chats — so basically, modern survival.
Pamela Anderson says she’s officially done with Baywatch nostalgia — turning down the reboot. Fun fact though: the original Baywatch debuted back in 1989. That’s your “feel old yet?” moment of the day.
Matthew McConaughey went full survival mode with Bear Grylls — freezing water, steep climbs, and a meal of boiled reindeer. And apparently McConaughey’s reaction was basically: “Bring it on.”
Big movie news — Miami Vice ’85 reboot is coming, starring Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler, directed by Top Gun: Maverick’s Joseph Kosinski. That hits IMAX in 2027.
Madonna’s long-awaited biopic is also back on track, with Julia Garner still attached to play her. Word is Madonna wants the full story — the chaos, the rise, all of it — no watered-down version.
And finally, Janet Jackson has declined to appear in the new Michael Jackson biopic starring her nephew Jaafar Jackson. Meanwhile, early box office projections are huge — we’re talking potentially the biggest musical biopic opening ever.
