Trenton resident Carrie Parkhurst first spoke to MIX Nation last November, searching for help on behalf of her husband Kevin.
Kevin has been battling NASH (non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver) disease for nearly five years, and was put on the donor list two years ago.
Carrie is still in disbelief and shared the good news with Sean Kelly and Mariam Serkal: Kevin has found a matching donor with Caitlyn!
The surgery is expected to take place within a couple of months.
