What a snowfall!
Quinte Region yesterday reached a snowfall record at 20.2 centimetres, and Sean Kelly took advantage of the opportunity to join Belleville’s fleet of snow plows with Ben MacDonald.
Joe Reid, director of transportation and operations services at the city of Belleville, told Sean and Mariam Serkal how some of the mechanics work, as using a snow plow isn’t as simple as you’d think.
