Chris Hemsworth, aka The Mighty Thor, just hit the big 4-0! Happy Birthday!
Now, onto some serious stuff. Those Maui wildfires are causing quite a stir, especially because they’re getting a little too close for comfort to the homes of some big names. Yep, you read that right! Oprah Winfrey, who’s been soaking up the Maui sun for the past 15 years, is keeping a watchful eye on her estate. She even expanded her island kingdom by snagging an extra 870 acres of land for $6.6 million. And she’s not alone – Steven Tyler, Clint Eastwood, Jim Carrey, Owen Wilson, Woody Harrelson, and rockstar Sammy Hagar have all set up shop on this tropical paradise.
Switching gears, Tyrese Gibson and his buddies are taking Home Depot to court, claiming they were racially profiled to the tune of over a million bucks! Apparently, they had a little run-in with the employees back in February, and they’re not happy about it.
You might have heard some whispers about a clash between two tech titans – Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. But hold on a sec, things aren’t as clear-cut as they seem. While Musk spilled some fight details, Zuckerberg’s saying, “Hold up, not so fast.” The fight hype’s been going on since June, and it’s turning into a real drama, with Musk’s surgery causing delays. And get this – they’re thinking of throwing down in the Coliseum in Rome. Dana White’s pulling some strings, and Italy’s mulling it over. Can you imagine that showdown?
Guess who’s making a comeback? It’s none other than Sacha Baron Cohen, and he’s dusting off his iconic Ali G character for a comedy tour. We’re all wondering when that’s gonna kick off – no word yet, but it’s bound to be a riot.
Over in Russia, they’re going to some extreme lengths to catch the new “Barbie” movie fever. Theaters are showing bootleg versions of the flick, complete with wonky audio and annoying gambling ads. But hey, they’re trying to step up their game and get some legit copies. If you’re in Moscow and feeling the Barbie buzz, it’ll cost you 1,000 rubles (that’s around $10.28) to catch the show.
Last but not least, here’s a juicy bit for all you Marvel fans out there. There’s a secret project brewing out in Utah this summer, and word on the street is that it’s a Marvel movie in the making. Titled “Oops All Berry,” and produced by Brian Chapick of Thor and Black Widow fame, this one’s got everyone talking. Could it be the Thunderbolts movie we’ve all been waiting for? A villain-packed extravaganza? We’ll just have to wait and see!
