Sean Kelly, Orlena Cain and Mariam Serkal (the intern) wished Belleville city councillor Garnet Thompson a happy birthday with a surprise phone call. Thompson turned 75 on Monday!
And Orlena belted out the birthday song in true Marilyn Monroe fashion.
