Hayden Panettiere’s death has officially been ruled an accident. The 36-year-old Heroes and Nashville star died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, Xanax and other drugs. The coroner found no signs of trauma. Panettiere is survived by her 11-year-old daughter, Kaya.
“Looksmaxxing” influencer Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, has been charged with rape, drugging someone for sex and supplying alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts. The 20-year-old is scheduled to be arraigned October 14 and could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted of rape.

California and 11 other states have approved Paramount Skydance’s $110-billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. The deal combines Paramount+, HBO Max, CBS News and CNN. The company must release at least 30 movies annually—or pay a $30-million penalty for every film it misses.
