Miss International Canada Rachel Murgel made her way down to MIX 97 Studio – what a surprise for Sean Kelly and Mariam Serkal in the morning.
Rachel moved from Toronto six months ago and now calls Belleville home.
We’re all cheering for Rachel as she’ll be travelling to Japan next month to represent Canada and compete for the Miss International title, alongside 80 other countries.
