Tucked away between rolling hills and historic charm, Colborne, Ontario is the kind of place that surprises you — in the best way. It’s not just a stop along Highway 401; it’s a destination in its own right.
Over the course of two days, I set out to capture the spirit of this small town using a drone and a trusty Samsung phone. From the giant, smiling Big Apple that greets travelers along the highway, to the peaceful paths of Victoria Square Park, every moment felt like a postcard waiting to be shared.
I ventured out to Castleton, where the hills roll endlessly under open skies, and the pace of life feels like a breath of fresh air. There’s something undeniably magical about Colborne — its warmth, its simplicity, and its natural beauty.
Hit play and experience it for yourself. This is small-town Ontario at its finest — and Colborne is the heart of the Apple Route.
