Microstressors are tiny moments of stress that we all tend to overlook, but they’re not as harmless as they seem. You’ve probably felt it yourself. Like when you get that vague, worrying text from your teen while you’re in the middle of a big work meeting, or when your colleague shows up at your desk, venting… again.
And these moments don’t seem like much, but over time, they build up. We’re not always aware of their impact, and because of that, they can start to take a real toll on our health and well-being.
