On Saturday, August 19, Belleville’s Downtown is coming to life with all things Caribbean.
Belleville’s second Caribbean Festival will kick off tomorrow at noon and visitors will be able to dance their way until 11 pm.
Sean Kelly and Mariam Serkal can’t wait to taste the flavourful Caribbean cuisine and refreshing tropical drinks.
