Everyone had to invest in a webcam this past year because of the pandemic, but a designer wants to give us the real human interaction we’ve been missing so he created a webcam that looks like a human eye!
Mary Teyssier created a webcam using a fake eyeball and a material that eerily looks like human skin and it even has eyelashes and an eyebrow to pull it all together.
However, that’s not where it stops getting weird because the eye even moves like a human eye and can “wake up” whenever you turn your video on.
Unfortunately,the “human eye webcam” is only a prototype and Tessier doesn’t think it will catch on as the next tech product.
