US News & World Report just released a list of the best diets to try in 2021 according to health experts and this year the “Mediterranean Diet” was ranked as the best overall diet to try.
This is the fourth year the “Mediterranean Diet” took the top spot thanks to its emphasis on eating fruits and vegetables, olive oil, and fish, which can ward off chronic diseases and improve longevity.
