Movie theaters will slowly be reopening in the next few weeks around the world and while most theaters will have heavily-enforced social distancing guidelines, a French theater is getting help from the Minions to promote a safe six feet distance.
The MK2 cinema in the south of Paris is getting a little help from the Minions by placing them at intervals throughout their theaters to encourage social distancing and to allow families to still sit together, but safely away from people they normally wouldn’t come in contact with.
The minions, were placed strategically around the auditorium to enforce a rule that viewers leave at least one place free between them and their neighbors and the theater is planning to do this for all of their showings, but hopefully they have a supply of Minions on-hand because you know some kids will want to take their new friend home!
