Spring is here and big changes are happening. This is one of my favourite times of the year to get out and explore. You can’t go wrong with cool weather, longer days and one of my favourite elements – NO BUGS!
With spring I enjoy visiting many of the beautiful waterfalls around Ontario. I’ve visited many of the last few years and keep finding more. If your planning a road trip, I highly suggest a visit to Dundas, Ontario.
Check out some of my favourite’s here;

(Sherman Falls, Dundas Ontario / Tews Falls, Dundas Ontario)
On the flip side you may be surprised at what you can find right here in our back-yard. There are several beautiful waterfalls just east, north and west…… But also south of Belleville. See below;

(Jackson’s Fall, Picton & Cape Vesey Fals, Picton)
Now I should point out you can only view the two waterfalls once a year with special permission from the property owners and the Picton Rotary Club. This year mark your calendar’s for April 20th & 22nd – Click here for more info!
More recently I’ve started my tour and there a couple of wonderful waterfalls in Campbellford. See below some recent photos;
