As most know now…. The five-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert in Markham yesterday has been found safe.
The Amber Alert was sent out around 5:00pm after the girl was allegedly abducted from her school by her father.
As a direct result of the alert, police received a tip and the father and daughter were located
The Alert was cancelled around 6:00pm.
Now…. I can’t believe we still need to educate stupid people!!!! BUT WE DO!!!
You can’t make this stuff up!!! 911 Operators Received More Complaints About The Amber Alert……And Again, police are asking people not to call 911 to complain about receiving an Amber Alerts.
If you have to complain about about a tool that could save someones life…. Well… You need to get checked! Seriously!
