A Colorado man who was attacked by a mountain lion while jogging, and used his bare hands to kill the animal in order to survive, will speak to media about the ordeal. According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers, the man was on a solo run on a trail in Horsetooth Mountain Open Space on Feb. 4. when he heard something behind him on the trail, only to turn around and see a juvenile mountain lion lunge at him. After the mountain lion bit his face and wrist, he had no choice but to suffocate the animal.
