=Sad news to start today — Dolly Parton has died at 80. The music icon had been dealing with health issues in recent months. An incredible songwriter, entertainer and humanitarian whose career touched generations. Rest in peace, Dolly.
President Donald Trump is among those paying tribute, calling Dolly one of the greatest country singers — and saying her impact went far beyond country music. He’s ordered U.S. flags lowered to half-staff for one week in her honour.

Applications open August 31st for Canadians and permanent residents 18 and older, with the public eventually helping choose who represents us.
