CBS Reopens Investigation Into Claim That “Matlock” Star Sexually Assaulted An Actress: CBS has reopened the sexual assault investigation involving “Matlock” actor David Del Rio, who was fired from the show. Del Rio has lawyered up with the powerful Shawn Holley. At issue is Del Rio being escorted off the Paramount lot and fired the same day the complaint was lodged by Leah Lewis. Del Rio strongly denies anything happened. CBS is not commenting while the probe is ongoing.
