Most of us waste hours worrying about things we can’t control.
What if instead, we put that energy where it truly counts?

The first thing is controllable vs uncontrollable list. Write down your worries. Ask, “Can I influence this?” If yes, it goes in the controllable list. If not, it’s uncontrollable. Focus your energy on what you can actually change.
Some people find it helpful to schedule worry time. Instead of letting worry hijack your whole day, dedicate 10 minutes just to think about your concerns. Write them down, then move on.
This is about acceptance. Allow It, Don’t Suppress It. When we push worry away, it comes back louder. Instead, acknowledge it. I’m feeling anxious right now. Label it, then let it pass like a cloud drifting by.
Remember to swim with the stream, not against it.
