Its going to be a happening weekend in Belleville as more than a thousand Shriners will be in town to celebrate the Rameses Spring Ceremonial, starting Thursday.
Sean Kelly and Mariam Serkal caught up with John Preston, president of the Belleville Shriners Club, who explained that Shriners from clubs throughout the province will be visiting the city until Sunday.
