Fall is full swing, and people are looking for a way to feel good.
This morning, Sean Kelly, Mariam Serkal and Dr Julie Gowthorpe, RSW talk about how you can find your state of flow and be happier.

High-flow teenagers on average reported more time spent on “active leisure” activities such as hobbies, sports and homework. The high-flow teenagers also measured higher levels of self-esteem and engagement.

Interestingly, however, the high-flow teenagers self-reported lower levels of fun than the low-flow teenagers. Low-flow teens reported more fun engaging in low-flow activities video games, TV or socializing.
While low-flow teens reported more fun than the high-flow teens, high-flow kids had greater long-term happiness as well as success in school, social relationships and careers.
