Oh, and the Wall Street Journal is saying Netflix plans to jack up the prices on their cheapest subscription once that actor’s strike wraps up. Right now, the ad-based tier is $7 a month and lets you watch in HD on two devices. No word on how much they’re bumping it up, but it’s starting in the U.S. and Canada before taking over the world. Netflix also ditched their $10 Basic plan, so you’ll have to choose between the $7 ad-based one or the $15.50 Standard tier.
