Mariam Serkal and Aaron Tompkins spoke to Danielle Hanoman, Director of Downtown Belleville, who told us all about Savour the Chill happening tomorrow.
The city’s 19th annual soup contest, Savour the Chill, is taking place downtown Saturday on February 25th from 12-3pm. Rain or shine, all 13 venues will be serving a variety of different soups.
Each bowl of soup is $3 and participants are asked to bring their own spoons to reduce waste.
The Downtown District BIA reminds everyone to take pictures and use the hashtag #savourthechill on social media. Tag @downtownbelleville on Instagram with a photo of you enjoying your delicious soup and you can enter to win a $50 Gift Card for Downtown Belleville.
