Violence against women around the world is receiving attention beginning this week through the United Nations Orange the World Campaign.
Sean Kelly and Mariam Serkal brought up this issue to the table with Dr. Julie Gowthorpe, RSW and Sharon VanClief, Chair of Grandmothers Advocacy Network, Quinte Branch.
The campaign starts on November 25, and continues for 16 days until December 10, which falls on International Human Rights Day.
