As if dominating football for the last 25 years isn’t enough, now Tom Brady wants to take over pickleball.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion is buying a Major League Pickleball team with International Tennis Hall of Famer Kim Clijsters.
They are part of Knighthead Capital Management which is buying one of the league’s expansion teams.
MLP is set to expand from 12 to 16 teams in 2023.
They’re not the first big names to jump on the pickleball bandwagon.
LeBron James, Maverick Carter, Draymond Green, Kevin Love, Drew Brees and James Blake have also invested in the league.
