Post Malone took a nasty fall on stage in St. Louis Saturday night.
Post was in the middle of singing Circles when he tripped and fell into a hole on the stage that had been used to lower instruments off the stage.
Medics rushed to his side.
Post returned to the stage after 15 minutes and apologized to fans for the incident.
In a post to fans, PM said he made a trip to the hospital but the tour will continue.
He said he’ll play a longer show next time he’s in St. Louis to make up for the songs he missed playing.
