Our world has become a polarized place. Left, Right, conspiracy theorists, ultra left – we unfortunately have learned to make sense of our world through categorizing and stereotyping. We feel the need to defend ourselves against the other. This morning we are talking about one of the greatest barriers to communication and how to address it – defensiveness!
