Would you rather keep working from home or take a $30,000 raise if you went back to the office? That’s what a new survey asked with surprising results!
According to a new report from The Business Journals, employees would actually rather home than get the extra pay even though it’s pretty big chunk of change.
Apparently 3,000 workers were asked the question and almost 64% of those surveyed said they preferred working from home and that it allowed them to have more freedom when working.
Obviously the $30,000 raise probably wouldn’t happen overnight, but to get that in one year would be a life-changing amount of money.
The Business Journals reports that many workers now realize the benefits of cutting commute times, saving money on transportation and using extra time for new interests and it doesn’t hurt to spend more time with your pets!
