If you’re going to schedule an appearance in traffic court, you might want to always check your dates for other prior commitments unlike this surgeon in California!
The plastic surgeon was supposed to appear at Carol Miller Justice Center last week through a virtual courtroom, but what the judge and acting officer weren’t counting was the surgeon to join mid-surgery.
The surgeon was in full scrubs and in the middle of a patient’s surgery and thought that then would be the best time to appear before the court.
Now we’ve heard of people trying to drum up sympathy from a judge in court, but this takes it to another level.
You can see the Zoom footage below and something tells us this surgeon might have to talk to his bosses about doing this!
Plastic surgeon, Dr. Scott Green, appears in traffic court – for his own alleged violation – while in the middle of performing surgery, w/ open patient on table.
Judge tells Dr. Green that they are concerned for patient & must reschedule.
The audacity.https://t.co/2YCwgmp4gH pic.twitter.com/nwxBXTSx6R
