Self-esteem is coping with uncertainty that comes with life. When self-esteem is low, we are hard on ourselves and are more critical of our life in general. This morning we are talking about how to change by what we say to ourselves. Self-esteem is your opinion of yourself and your abilities. It can be high, low or somewhere in-between.
