Even though coronavirus has prevented most of us from fully enjoying 2020, it still looks like most people are planning on still going all-out for Halloween this year!
Halloween is expected to look a lot different this year, with many families forgoing trick-or-treating for safety reasons, but according to a new poll from Party City (aka the experts on Halloween) almost 96% of parents are still planning on celebrating Halloween this year.
Most families are planning on celebrating at home or doing drive-by trick-or-treating, but they still plan to buy costumes this year which is why Party City made a list of the ten most popular costumes for this year:
- Slasher-themed (Mike Myers, Chucky, Pennywise)
- Gamer-themed (Halo, Fortnite, and Super Mario)
- Everyday heroes (doctors, nurses, firefighters, and police officers)
- Disney’s “Frozen” characters
- Tiger King-inspired
- “Wonder Woman” characters
- “Birds of Prey” characters
- Skeletons
- Day of the Dead (zombies, vampires, and other classics)
- Election-inspired
So just be ready to see a TON of Joe Exotics and Carole Baskin in October and to help you get ready just enjoy the famous Tiger King song!
