June is Pride Month, when the world’s LGBT communities come together and celebrate the freedom to be themselves.
Pride gatherings are rooted in the arduous history of minority groups who have struggled for decades to overcome prejudice and be accepted for who they are.

Stirling resident Christopher Walker, well-known for his passionate business CABINBOYKNITS was on the Advisory Committee at the University of Toronto for the School for Sexual Diversity Studies. Also spoke at the World Human Rights Conference on LGBTQ issues and he currently sits on the the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at one of Canada’s Largest Financial Institutions.
