Global Citizen and the World Health Organization are teaming up for a star-studded global special in support of the fight against COVID-19.
The two-hour special, “One World: Together at Home” was “curated in collaboration with” Lady Gaga, and will feature performances by Paul McCartney, Elton John, Billie Eilish and Finneas, Lizzo, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, J Balvin, and More.
The show, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert, will air April 18th at 8pm on ABC, NBC and CBS, as well as on iHeartMedia and other networks.
It will also air digitally on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, stuff like that.
The special will celebrate health care workers on the front lines of the pandemic, Gaga noting said that the intent is not to raise money, but to focus more on entertainment and messages of solidarity.
