A new survey has found that more than half of parents feel they are too busy to have fun with their kids. 2,000 parents with kids aged 3-16 were surveyed and researchers found that 55% believe that they are missing out on the fun of parenting due to their other obligations. 67% of parents worry about missing special moments while their kids are still young and 40% admit that they’ve already missed at least one important milestone in their child’s life. Meanwhile, 78% wish they had more time to spend with their kids, while 82% of the parents studied feel their children are growing up too fast. Meanwhile, 82% of parents say that their child has complained about not spending enough quality time with their parents and 25% say they hear these types of complaints often. The study was conducted by OnePoll in conjunction with the Crayola Experience.
