A photo submitted to the Instagram page Passenger Shaming shows a woman with hair extensions using the upright tray table to anchor the fake hair so she can brush it out. Some people reacted with disgust, while another wrote, “I see nothing wrong with this at all. The only thing that’s wrong is the extensions are now dirty from the table. It’s more her taking the risk.” The airline the passenger was on, the flight she was on, and her identity were not shared.
