Fashion Forward Male Celebs are Wearing ‘Awards Show Harness’!
Male celebrities don’t have the kind of options that female stars do when it comes to what to wear to awards shows, basically choosing from a version of a standard suit. But some fashion-forward male celebrities have been showing up wearing a new accessory that’s been dubbed a “bib” by Page Six, a “high fashion harness” by Esquire, and an “awards show harness” by Entertainment Tonight.
The accessory worn across the chest is made by Louis Vuitton and comes in different colors and prints, which Michael B. Jordan wearing one with pinks and purples to the SAG Awards on Sunday night (January 27th), after actors Timothee Chalamet wore one to the Golden Globes earlier this month, and Chadwick Boseman sported one at last year’s ESPY awards. Chalamet’s was in a black print and Boseman’s was white.
Louis Vuitton debuted the “harness” in their fashion show last June, featuring them prominently.
