I think most would admit that change is hard. Change is hard because you brain is wired to do the same thing over and over, regardless if the outcome gives you negative results. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut and loose sight of our ability to change our behaviour to change the result. Many see change as something that is difficult for us to do alone or find it a challenge because they lack the support around them.
