Rules for Winning & How To Pick Up Your Prize
Prizes can be picked up at our
reception desk anytime Monday to Friday,
between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
We are located at 10 South Front Street, Belleville, Ontario, K8N 5B2.
Quinte Broadcasting is on the
4th floor of the Morton Building.

What do I need to bring?
Any form of government issued photo identification.
Can my friend pick up my prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at (613) 969-5555. Some conditions may apply, ie for trips or other large item give aways where the winner may need to be present in order to pick it up.
When can I win again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 30 days for daily prizes. Prizes that are won and are over $100 and between $500, you are eligible to win after 6 months and anything over $500, you are eligible to win after 1 year.
How long do I have to pick up my prize?
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it to the radio station in the 30 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks. Please ensure that you always call reception to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up.
Can you mail my prize to me?
Unfortunately MIX 97 (CIGL) cannot be responsible for mailing prizes.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged.
- Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
- If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, MIX 97 (CIGL) is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
